The cafe at Taylor Books is more than your average coffeehouse cafe. It has character. It creates an atmosphere. It has a lovely array of cozy mismatched chairs, a great view of Capitol St., saltwater fish to attract your gaze and help you relax, regional art on the walls, and lighting that is just right for reading, working, or catching-up with a friend. Every Friday and Saturday night, Taylor Books features some of the best in local musicians free of charge. So, please, come in, take a seat, get a glass a wine or a coffee, enjoy, and take pleasure in fine tunes and supporting local music.
